Welcome to the March Exhibitor Newsletter!
Please be sure to read our newsletters, we put a lot of information, specific to you as an exhibitor, in them and even more so as we get closer to the show. This month, we have a few reminders for you, as well as new information to share!
If you are looking for answers about the event, parking, placement, taxes, and such. Take a moment to bookmark the Exhibitor Info page on our website. You will find answers to many of your questions.
We understand this isn’t a popular subject but it is a necessary evil. Be sure you have your TPT number! You can find links and information HERE.
The City of Phoenix has started reaching out to exhibitors that they don’t have a TPT number for, so if you see an email from email@example.com, yes, it is a legitimate e-mail. The City & State require us to provide them with a list of exhibitors and their TPT number, if we don’t have one in our system.
You can still find rooms at most of our host hotels, you will find all the links on our Hotel & Travel page.
Please be sure that any props you are selling meet our Prop Policies, any props that do not meet this policy will be asked to be removed from the premises by the facility.
Here are some important deadlines and updated information:
- Decorator – Decorator Info
- Discount Deadline: 5/8/19
- Advanced shipments can begin to arrive: 4/15/18
- Last day for advance shipments without surcharge: 5/17/18
Power & Internet
- Internet – Smart City Internet
- Power – Commonwealth Electric
- May 6, 2019 deadline to get a discount on services.
Parking Information has been posted. More discounted parking options will be available soon.
Load In/Load Out Information has been posted on our website. There are some changes this year so you will want to be sure and read through the info once its posted.
