One week till Phoenix Fan Fusion Load in starts!! We are very excited to see everyone and wish all of our exhibitors success for the upcoming show!

Load In times

  • Artists & Dealer Tables
    • Wednesday, May 22, 2019, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
    • Thursday, May 23, 2019, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Booths
    • Wednesday, May 22, 2019, 9:00 am – 10:00 pm
    • Thursday, May 23, 2019, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • 3rd Street and Non-Profit Row Exhibitors
    • You will receive a separate email with specifics for load-in

Be Aware and Be Prepared! There is a concert scheduled at Talking Stick Arena on May 22nd that May impact load in before the concert starts at 7:30 pm. Make sure you have at least ½ tank of gas in your vehicle for load-in AND bring water to stay hydrated.  

Security Reminder

  • Security goes into effect Thursday morning.
  • Exhibitors & Sponsors may access the facility, on foot, through the specialty credential entrance off 5th St between Monroe St. and Washington St (just north of the dock entrance).
  • Exhibitor & Sponsor may access the facility through any of the access points as long as they are not carrying merchandise or boxed items. If Exhibitors are carrying merchandise for restocking or boxed items, Exhibitors will need to use 5th St specialty credential entrance to access the facility.
  • Exhibitors & Sponsors and their items are subject to search on entry to the facility.
  • Items that are large or require a cart to be moved need to be brought in through the dock. They will be subject to search.
  • Exhibitors & Sponsors will not have access to the freight elevators during show hours.

Parking

  • Discounted Parking is available again this year at the Chase Field garage, you can download the discounted parking voucher by clicking HERE.

Pallet Service

Pre-registration for pallet service ended on May 15th at 12:00 noon MST. Should you need pallet service you can request it onsite at the dock, first pallet is still free, however any additional pallets needed will cost $50 per pallet.  

Exhibitor Badges

Each Space (Table or Booth) gets 3 exhibitor badges. (Example: 1 booth/table = 3 badges, 2 booths/tables = 6 badges, Etc.) Each Exhibitor is able to purchase up to 3 additional badges per exhibitor, not per space, on site. (Example: one exhibitor with 1 booth/table = 3 additional badges, one exhibitor with 2 booths/tables = 3 additional badges, Etc.) Phoenix Fan Fusion provides links to all of the information here.

Links for renewals will go out on Sunday May 26th to the email address on file. Renewal Pricing will be as follows. All prices are plus Taxes & Fees.

Prop Exhibitors

Please be sure that any props you are selling meet our Prop Policies, any props that do not meet this policy will be asked to be removed from the premises by the facility.
